He was there for a photo op in the vest and hard hat...that's about it....
He should have been there with investigators immediately after the derailment to find out why the train derailed, assess the damages and supervise the cleanup. All he did was show up 3 weeks later for a photo op.
Kinda like Biden letting a Chinese spy balloon float over our military installations, only to down it after it passed over the whole US.
