If he goes through with this, history will not be kind to you people. Even Trump understands how bad it looks and probably will not do this. He doesn’t want that bad press.

He said that he would give it to charity.

Donald Trump has said he would donate any money he might receive from a claim against the Justice Department to charity, stating that the government owes him "a lot of money" for past investigations.
