It wasn't. I watched the debate, and wouldn't be surprised if the Trump number is actually higher than that. I don't know how the person counted, so idk what they considered an interruption, but most of it was while Trump was speaking during his turn to speak.

I don't consider Wallace butting in to tell Trump to shut up during Biden's turn to speak to be an interruption, but I do consider Wallace bickering with Trump during Trump's turn to speak to be an interruption. He didn't do that very much with Biden as he did with Trump, so I bet that the 78 vs 15 numbers are within the ballpark if I were to have counted for myself...
