Sadly his game plan is quite simple, call her names, try to belittle her & when necessary bull shit an answer, side step it or dismiss it, since he can't answer it..
IMHO she should not debate him because that is his plan, & it worked so far..
He does not respect the rules nor his opponents-winning is all that matters..
If there were a debate(not recommended) I don't know of anyone that would be a strong enough mod to keep him in line but perhaps someone like Charlie Rose, but I dunno if he can either..
As these debates are based on a certain level civility, gentleman's rules, that can't happen, HE IS NOT A GENTLEMAN & isn't about to play by any rules that hinder a win.. Not just my opinion, we have all seen his insults, name calling & belittling @ the debates-REALLY, THAT IS ALL HE HAS TO WORK W/..
There would need to be strict time management-if they have two mins to respond- they have 2 mins & @ the 2 min mark the mic fades out over 5 secs, so he can stand there waving his little hands in a rage, but no one will have to hear it.. The same applies for her..
