Let me repeat the question - Are these UN resolutions international law?

When I asked what international law are you referring to (the OP) you responded with UN resolutions. I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and ask if you really meant that. That's all.

Where's the list from the UN, that the UN says Israel is in violation of?
But for you to be honest and not appear to be a hypocrite, you'll need to show the ones that the UN say the Palestinians are in violation of also.

That really a multifaceted question that would require much back and forth between us as international law has not been established as "law" by any country. Rather, international law is binding only on what a country consents to. For example EU Patent court.

In order to facilitate the current discussion, I accept any international law that the US consents to and agrees is binding.

Israel is signatory to the Geneva Conventions, the principles of which constitute international law. It is, for example, illegal to transfer populations either into or out of occupied territory. Doing so constitutes a breach of the Geneva Conventions, thus Israel is acting illegally. Trump, in promoting himself as a cheerleader for Israeli expansionism , is portraying himself as a supporter of international criminality- thus this thread exists to highlight Trump as trash.
The USA is also signatory to the Geneva Conventions. Trump is trash.

It's not 'opinion ' at all- it's fact. The Israeli occupation itself is illegal as is its transfer of populations. Are you considering denying that Israel transfers populations in contravention of the Conventions to which it is signatory ?
