Let's examine your statements.
Please provide a link showing the devices were subpoenaed. I can find no evidence that the devices themselves were ever actually subpoenaed before they were destroyed or wiped.
Congress subpoenaed her emails. Clinton had turned over all the emails she found to be work related in December 3 months prior. Lawyers at the State Department did a digital search and turned over what that search found. As with all digital searches, it missed some items. Subpoenas require a reasonable attempt to comply. It is not a crime unless you can prove the purposely refused to turn over some items.
Timeline -
June 2013 - server was moved from her home to a data center. Her home server was decommissioned, the drive was not wiped since the FBI was able to do a search on it in 2015 and find email fragments.
Dec 5, 2014 - Clinton turns over 55,000 work emails to State Department. Shortly after that she shuts down server and it was supposed to be wiped.
March 4, 2015 - Congress subpoenas emails from State Dept.
March 27, 2015 - Trey Gowdy states Clinton had her server wiped.

So it appears all your claims are bullshit.
1. Her emails were turned over to the State Dept as required.
2. Her server was never physically subpoenaed.
3. She was not involved in destroying any device after a subpoena. Her aide asked for it do be done 3 months prior to the subpoena. The data tech failed to do it at that time and did it later but her device was not actually subpoenaed.
Maybe you should spend some time to learn the actual facts instead of relying on your faulty memory of what RW stooges claimed happened.
