Misleading statistic.

Patients admitted to the hospital for X are tested for the China Virus and if it comes back positive they are counted as a ‘COVID hospitalization’ and good luck with seeing how those numbers breakdown.

To further muddy the waters, PCR tests are junk.

With COVID/because COVID lol.

What goes on is the infections are ‘caught’ on admission. So yeah, the vast majority of incidental findings are asymptomatic and likely remain that way. And again with the PCR tests: how do they know if they’re really asymptomatic or simply got a false-positive?

People can blame Trump for it—whatever, but our COVID data is an outrage.

If I am scheduled to enter the hospital for say elective surgery, I am tested for Covid before ever stepping into the hospital. If the test is positive, I am sent home to quarantine and my surgery is canceled. If I am entering the hospital for say an Xray there is no Covid test administered.

Well Einstein, consider this. Those who require emergency surgery must be attended to immediately, whether or not they may have Covid. Those with elective surgery can wait if tested positive. They usually can wait a week or two, emergencies cannot.

Well doc, do they just send patients on their way after doing a colectomy on them lol? Pregnant woman comes in needing an emergency c-section just takes her infant and gets back in the car and drives home?
