When there is evidence this crime was committed, it’s prosecuted. The result is not relevant to the claim that it’s selective prosecution.

I see, so a member of his defense team said the charges were unfounded, shocking. I have never heard a member of a defense team say such a thing. He has lots of credibility there.

Trump’s lawyers say these claims against him or unfounded, I guess we should simply take their word for it, and dismiss all charges right away, after all his paid lawyers said the charges are unfounded.

Why is Trump already attacking the judge for being unfair? The judge has made no decisions. In this case, the reason Trump wants to attack the judges. Credibility is because he knows the judge is unlikely to dismiss the case and he wants the guys credibility shattered before that reality happens.
