My question is to the Trump derps here?

Do you feel currently that you are immune from prosecution and the gov't has no power to harrass or arrest or charge you? Do you believe Trump that they need to take down a supposed Billionaire, so that they can then get to you, normal citizens? that if Trump win these cases, you can feel safe from the government having the power to prosecute you?

Well I think you'd have to be a retard to not at least be worried that if people in power are willing to treat a former president like this then an average Joe hasn't got a fighting chance at a square deal for justice if they want you. I get that you hate trump but it's made you people angry AND stupid.

For six years now Trump has wanted to investigate and prosecute every Democrat President since Clinton, along with labeling all of them traitors and criminals, get lost with the average Joes should be worried bullshit

So your position is that if they are willing to prosecute a former potus and claimed billionaire for the normal type of 'bread and butter' prosecution that is the most common in NYS finance, then no one else is safe?

That all those people charged with this crime before Trump, and who will be charged with it after Trump are more safe if Trump gets off or was not charged??

Except for the FACT filing false business records are the bread and butter, or number 1 thing State prosecutors in NYS bring. So to ignore Trump based on who he is would be the exception and political decision.

They've reset the 2016 election for him. Basically, as an "outsider" he could blame everybody in government for "coming after" him because he was standing in the way of "you" (his loyal supporters) who they really wanted to hurt. Now, in order to be seen as an "outsider" after literally being the most insider of insiders (President of these United states) he would have to have an attack made that was seen as out of line to reset the myth. Y'all have done that.

I have already stated that I will not be voting for him if he becomes the nominee, but that just means that I am likely to be voting Libertarian again, like I did in every election except one (I do not like HillBillary), but that one simply solidified that it doesn't matter who I vote for here my state will vote for D as it has become a solid blue state.

I said that would be "seen as" out of line, I was not giving my opinion.

Personally I think he stretched the law to the breaking point in order to get past the fact that the statute of limitations had passed.

You are absolutely arguing that the normal type case that is the bread and butter, current most prosecuted type of case in NYS (false filed documents) against normal individuals will somehow become 'dangerous' if Trump, a billionaire can be held accountable for same. You are arguing only if the Billionaire escapes what others are NORMALLY held accountable for, will others then be safe.
