Trump tests positive for corona-19

Daaaaaaaaaaayum, you're thick. Even your pal Owl Lady gets it in post #136:palm:

I just read that post.

There is nothing there that indicates that he will be fine. He may be, because his symptoms are mild now - but if you have read anything at all about COVID, starting out w/ mild symptoms is no indication at all that things won't get worse.

However, it does concern me that you post so much about COVID, and this far into the pandemic you don't understand that simple fact about the illness, and think that if you start w/ mild symptoms it is guaranteed to stay that way.

I heard a story of a young man on the Today Show that had mild symptoms for a week, then he started having neurological problems and died. He was in his 20’s. This virus is wicked and unpredictable. You are playing Russian Roulette with it, because you don’t know how it will affect you.

Healthcare workers have said that one of the scariest things about it is that a patient can seem like they're doing well, and then things can turn on a dime. Unpredictability is the most defining characteristic of COVID.

For stating factual information?

Absolutely nothing in the article backed up what you said.

It's certainly okay to hope they'll be fine, as I think most Americans do. But there are no facts to indicate that this is inevitable. The illness generally starts with no symptoms or mild symptoms.

You should read about it sometime.

You're asking a Trumper to read?

True. When the pandemic first started, our local TV station had a couple of phone interviews with one of the first guys to be diagnosed with it. He also had mild symptoms. He said the worst part was the fatigue. A couple days after his last interview, where he stated that he was starting to feel better but battling fatigue and coughing, he was taken to the hospital in respiratory distress. He died. :~( (https://www.uppermichiganssource.co...ic-man-diagnosed-with-COVID-19-569231901.html)

Just get a life. Do you understand that we have a different point of view? You are a negative doom & gloomer. Accept it and move on. It's your right.
Others would rather be optimistic and understand all these months that when caught early, quarantine and get medical attention, things will be fine.
Get over it. We both have the right to choose our outlook in life.
