It's the way those investigating said. Report showed she was pulling away from a stop sign, Dunn did not have a stop sign, and no alcohol was involved.

I never said decency and compassion are weak traits like you claim Conservatives believe.

You said she ran it. There is a difference between stopping and pulling away and running it. When you run a stop sign you fail to stop. She was pulling away and failed to see the truck.

Yes, you never outright said it. However, you criticize people for actions when those actions display decency and compassion.

So he visits their graves. What is that to you other than another excuse to be cruel? How low will you guys go? Can you imagine how traumatic that must have been? I know, you do not care.

Supposedly those comments were made on social media sites and such. The picture of Biden at the grave sites were taken by left wing media stalking him. STFU. Seriously.

Numerous news reports indicate Neilia Biden was pulling away from a stop sign — not "running" a stop sign — when the collision occurred. Early news stories also did not describe the other driver as being drunk.

He was interviewed about it, however, in 1998 by this writer as part of the research for Only in Delaware, a history of modern state politics.

In that interview, Herlihy said Neilia Biden either accelerated or drifted through the intersection, and Dunn could not stop.
