The current POTUS governs by fiat and you love him for it with any luck we will get back to a 3 branch system and away from the single imperial Presidency that your fascist Messiah has given us.
 
The excuses that Trump flunkies make for his reprehensible attitude and remarks are almost surpassed in stupidity by the ones they make for each other's dumb acts.
