The case has been assigned to a judge who was appointed by GW Bush.

The case is hardly strong and this is a no nonsense judge that has sanctioned lawyers for bad behavior before. The initial filing by Trump's lawyers fails to include the judge's ruling. I am guessing this judge will be asking about that as soon as the responses come in from the defendants.

Just to show you how weak Trump's case is I am free to make the following statement because it is factually true based on the judge's ruling.
