trump was found liable of sexual assault, which is called rape in common speech. That is just a fact. Because that is a fact, ABC cannot be sued for reporting it.

Such a judge has BROKEN THE LAW and can also be held liable.
Saying the court found him liable for rape is just a statement of fact. If he has a problem with the fact, he should try to get the verdict overturned.
But remember, the jury is the trier of fact, so to overturn the verdict, he would need to come up with a procedural problem.
If that were true, then trump would actually have a case. It would be weird that every last news source lied, and said that he was. Even trump has lied and said that was the verdict. Why is everyone, including trump, lying?
In the real world, trump was found liable for sexual assault.
