Non-Jewish Germans were not the "rightful owners" of Jewish German's property, but they were much worse at managing it.

After Hitler was done with Germany, no one was proud to be German.

If the Jews had not been massacred, would there be a positive view toward Hitler?

Hitler started a war that killed millions, so that also prevents a positive view towards Hitler.

Beyond that, he was a dictator who demanded all decisions go through him. He did not make all the decisions, but he could unmake or make decisions absolutely. That leads to a system where the personal failings of one man is projected upon an entire nation. It is never good.

Off the top of my head, Ottoman Sultan Murad IV banned all smoking in the Ottoman Empire in 1633. The second time one was caught smoking meant almost certain execution. The Sultan "only" cut off both of the French ambassador's ears for smoking, because he had a close alliance with France.

Given that Hitler was not the first to ban smoking, why would you claim he was?
