Trump says there is no need to vote until the general election, and he is correct

The Democratic and Republican parties don't have to accept delegates from states that knowingly violate their rules. That is how the parties enforce uniformity.

why are you telling me this? Do you favor control of presidential elections by centralized party rule? Not me.
If the states want to move their primary dates - let them. The states should have the say, not an artificial party apparatchik
There are no sacred cows, and especially not for the diseased US 2 party system

The Republicans do it different in every state. The Democrats actually have fairly uniform rules for primaries, but caucuses are another question entirely of course.

caucuses and primaries by nature are different -but if it's up to the states -fine.
I don't know the states by state comparison by party; i'll take your word on it.

What is sickening is closed primaries (like NY ) where independents can't vote presidential preference -effectively disenfranchise 3,000,000 voters-
while New Hampshire allows independents to choose. Worse; voters must register by party by Oct 2015 to vote in NY for 2016
I'm in Florida and it the same. why the long lead time?

We are slaves to the Dems and Rep parties, and they have not served us well.

Everyone should be able to vote for anyone, there is no need for party restrictions of any type.

here is just no need for morons to put on funny hats and jump up and down.

Like this? :)

We should end primaries, both open and closed, so that people can stop pretending that they are entitled to participate in a party's internal nominating process.

Are you implying that Douchebag Donald won't really raise the minimum wage?

No President has the power to raise the minimum wage, including the one we have now. Proof, the minimum wage would be $75.00 an hour if it were up to Obama.

So try again after you understand the system
