There is a difference in blaming the regime for warmbiers torture, and personally saying Kim knew about it.
If you can't figure that out, you should not be posting. NK regime and Kim DO get the blame - but as Trump said Kim did not know of it personally -and the other hostages were treated poorly but not tortured
