Without Trump taking the stand and saying what he believed and why he believed it his lawyers cannot argue those points in court.


So these charges are not just legit but the perfect Trump trap, as anytime he is forced under oath to speak, whatever charges (or accusations) he faces just get cemented as true in the juries mind, and he almost always makes it worse by admitting to more crimes and other worse stuff.

I would love if the DC court or Georgia court would allow Tv camera's into the trial for the lulz at Trump. There is a very compelling need for the camera's and that is so most citizens can see what actually happened in court, to cut thru all the TrumpDerp lies that will be flying saying things happened in court that did no. Transcripts are not the best for that.
