When it is deemed safe by the medical scientists- YES, I WILL GET THE VACCINATION.
I will not take anything that Donald Trump rushed through without the Medical Scientists approval.
Trump is trying to bypass the testing phase, so a pre-mature vaccine will be available by election day because he thinks that will save his presidency and get himself re-elected.
Even if it was possible to have a thoroughly tested vaccine available before election day- IT WILL NOT HELP GET HIM ELECTED.
First of all, Trump has nothing to do with the vaccines, or the companies that are creating them. So any congratulations given for any future vaccine- will go toward the companies and the volunteers that helped test the vaccine. Donald Trump deserves no credit for anything to do with Vaccines. As usual, Donald Trump is just trying to take credit for something he deserves no credit for.
All vaccines approved for use in the USA are required by law to be "fully tested, and approved by medical scientists", per Section 351 of the Public Health Service Act and specific sections of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

The Issue is the FDA just said it would DELAY an approval process - not for medical reasons -
but to "insure public confidence" . They talked of tracking subjects for 2 more months instead
Harris and Biden have been talking down the "Trump's vaccine" -deliberately not saying the FDA approval process is 100% done by vaccine experts inside the FDA.. That talking down has eroded public confidence. it's like 60-40
So Trump is saying forget that "politicization" in favor of getting it out ASAP when the FDA approval process
allows for efficacy etc.
If the people will not take a vaccine due to a lack of confidence, it is a real problem. With the stupid anti-vaxxers and right-wingers who believe Trump. a vaccine will not be effective in the uS. That is because of Trump's attacks on all our medical organizations including WHO, the CDC and now FDA. This is just another Trump mess. The lack of confidence in American healthcare has Trump for its root.
