And this one is particularly stupid. If you don't have enough evidence to indict, the standing grand jury won't indict. The idea of going through this whole thing and then planting someone to destroy it is worthy of 'Stupidest Conspiracy Theory of 2023' award.

The Fulton County special grand jury did not have the power to bring indictments. It was charged with determining whether allegations of widespread fraud in the 2020 election had any evidential basis. It decided unanimously that they DID NOT.

She did nothing illegal. It was an investigative grand jury seeking evidence in Trump's Georgia election interfering crimes. They found plenty. They also recommended the DA seek perjury charges against many Trumpys who lied under oath. The DA will decide if she wants a grand jury to consider indictments. It seems likely.
That GJ was ended and the forewoman was allowed to talk about it in public. She did not give details on the deliberations.
