TRUMP RALLY's STOCK MARKET ....AGAIN

Big picture pumpkin,
We understand your 120 bucks is teetering around 121-122 :rofl2:

I checked my earnings over the last 2 years, I'm doing very well

#MAGA

onward

look, I got a news flash for everyone, if you plan on retiring on your 401k, you might want to have a plan B

this thread was in mockery of the countless threads on "TRUMP CRASHES MARKET"
use your head, The Stock MArket is run, UP and DOWN by people with so much money they use ours to light their cigars. It's their game, we just play in it.

They use our pennies to make their millions.

it's up, it's down, just all depends on where the merry go round is when you have to jump off
otherwise it just sits there for their use

I'm retiring on my investments ... no pension or tree legged stool for me.

Thanks Obama from getting that money Bush lost.

No you just keep on Working.

The stock market is the economic indicator of the Wall Street/donor/"job creator" class alone.

Since 20% of the market value is in 401K's, I think you underestimate its relevance to Main Street/taker/wage earner classes.....it is also why the market is so inflated, but that is a different topic for a different day.

The only rules I was told for IRA is to index fund, contribute the max every year and never look at it.

Can't say I follow that good advice.

Anyone want to guess when the next crash is?

The big buyback I predicted for Monday came late at around noon today. China money in the Dow is strong enough to put off the coming crash for a while but they won't have any incentive to put it off for long. We're into the Christmas buying period now too and that means huge profits for China's commodities sold to the US.

After Christmas is my bet if it's going to happen. It really all depends on whether or when China decides it should happen. America and China are heavily co-dependent on each other and for that reason Mnuchin will keep control over Trump's stupidity as it pertains to China. It can be checked out but I think it's close to around 70% of Christmas buying will be China's goods.

Americans who are interested in predicting the Dow would do well in first determining where China's money is placed in the Dow, then watching how those particular commodities effect the rise and fall. America doesn't have control over the world's economy anymore, China does.

Oh we're nowhere near ready to deal with that reality. More war, we must have more war, somewhere, anywhere will do.

I bet it's up since 2008 assuming you had it that long?

No I got lucky and happened to have cashed out my IRA literally weeks before the great crash because that was going to be the last year in the foreseeable future I could do it without paying the penalty. I took advantage of the housing crash to buy up property and piddle in individual stocks and started the 401K think about 5 years ago but have been maxing out my contributions every year since in addition to the employer match part. Doesn't really matter that much though. the 401K is a hedge against the real estate market. I got way in over my head on a couple pieces of property across the road from each other that I liked the location but the one with the building was a money pit. By the grace of God, a major pharmacy chain wanted to buy both--one to build on and one to block another chain from building across from them on as part of their feud--and paid me a mint that I 1031'd into some commercial property that should keep me fed come hell or high water for the remainder.

Not that many on this batshit crazed forum will be interested, but here's an explanation of the situation from a June story.

Trump has pulled in his horns on his attempts to intimidate China but the political spin has kept that under wraps for Trump's vanity's sake. The best indication for the Dow is, if Trump opens his cakehole and talks out of turn to his lowlife followers on sanctions against China, in order to stoke his vanity, the Dow goes down. He probably won't because his handlers have warned him.

Good deal, too bad others weren't as lucky and/or smart.
