Recently bought a bike for my wife. She isn't an experience biker, and she took pretty much the exact same fall. Toe clips can be difficult to get used to. The entire incident is meaningless except ithat it lets the adolescent, pre-pubescent posters like the OP giggle like a third grader. I'm sure asshole zombie laughs at fart jokes too.
