Well there are other ways to promote recruitment we do NOT need to put a parade on for a want to be dictator.
And we could use that money to feed the hungry, help our wounded vets and many other things.

I thought I read that our military is reaching over 100% of their recruitment goals.
Navy is only branch that didn’t. The fact we currently don’t have troops fighting anywhere helps.
