I'd start with states, and even to an extent the federal government, instituting mandates for 100% EV's.

Then, when these aren't met, as in Europe, I'd expect the state and federal government to put in place more draconian laws and regulations to force the change they couldn't get people to do willingly. Norway did that with huge incentives to buy an EV and huge penalties and disincentives to buy an ICE vehicle. Then they started forcing closures of gas stations, that sort of thing.

That is forcing EV's on the public.

Oh but there was a solicitation for a $400 million contract for Tesla trucks by the Biden Administration for foreign diplomats to travel around in but put on hold by the Trump administration. Trump's State Dept. has said they will not be pursuing the Biden plan. So don't worry libtards Trump will stop the ridiculous spending plan of the Biden administration again. LOL
