You would think that someone who used to at least claim to be POTUS would understand that this kind of disaster is the responsibility of the private company(ies) that caused it. Why should we use our tax money to mitigate the railroad's costs of reimbursement and clean-up? I'm fine with FEMA helping the displaced citizens, if needed, but that's where the federal aid should end.
