Trump not participating in Thursday's debate?

I am happy there is no Trump, maybe, we will get to hear some real ideas from the others. I hope they don't focus on Trump.

There have been real ideas from others even with Trump onstage. I would expect to see a Cruz-Rubio battle tonight.

No one remembers them though, they just talk about Trump. He doesn't need to do ads because the media gives him visibility for free.

Depends how much attention one chooses to pay. No votes have been cast yet and Trump doesn't have 50% support in the polls. Just because he gets the most air time doesn't mean people don't listen to other candidates nor does it mean people who claim to support Trump today will continue to do so.

It's brilliant how he gets things done without a billion dollar budget. Makes you wonder if people will want to hock up money after this ?

Many of the Trump haters get caught up Trump's personality; or in the media's case, the troll bait he throws their way lol. They seem to miss the fact that Trump drives the debate like no one else on either side. The GOPe fears him for it and the media loathes him for it.

I think it makes for a refreshing spectacle lol. If only I was sure he'd be a good president. The haters are certain he won't be, but they're haters, so they can't possibly be objective about it. It's down to Cruz and Trump for me. The rest will be 'meet the new boss---same as the old boss' and screw that.

I'll roll the dice with Trump before I'll go that route.

Yes exactly. Will he be good ? As good as any and Congress moderases out anything off the wall.
Will he get the economy moving ? None of the others will but he might.

So far Trump has criticized people on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender and disability. He's ignorant, rude and disrespectful. I'd never vote for a hater like Trump.
