Trump news conference performance 'nothing short of treasonous'

I understand it is in your best interest to think people can be made to accept Trump submissive acquiescence of Putin, by attempting to float the specter of an unholy alliance between Russia and China.

It is the exact same trick Red Scare mongers of the 1950s tried to trot out.

A modern alliance is not entered into lightly, and an alliance is based on a profound set of mutual shared values. The NATO alliance being a prime example, but not the only one. Any alliance is doomed to fail if it is not based on a deep and profound set of shared values.

There is no - and never has been - such a context for a Russia-China alliance. Any military cooperation between them is fairly superficial, and is likely to remain so. Although it is in their interest to have dumbasses in the United States and elsewhere around the world cringing in fear of a dreaded Russian-Chinese axis of power - it serves their interests to create that perception. It gives them leverage, especially over the uninformed, and over dumb asses.

Like most countries, China's overwhelming interest is economic. Which country do you think they see as promoting those interests? The U.S.? Or Russia?

You didn't read shit.
The counties that carried Trump have endemic opiod abuse.
That is a fact.

I notice you could not refute anything I said, only add a comment about opiod abuse. Do you think opiod addicts vote??? The inner cities that Democrats carried also have high crime and drug use, but that does not make most Hillary voters gang members and drug dealers (unless we use your logic). Your research must have been very "selective" if opiod use is your only description.

Other facts in addition to your opiod use is that Trump carried a plurality of white college graduates, 44% of all college graduates, most voters making over $50,000, and suburban and rural areas. Also, the percentage of voters 18-29 was higher than 2008 or 2012.

Again, I share none of the views of Trump supporters, but neither does that make it ok to make up facts ("uneducated") and spew hatred about them or any other group. Accept your loss like a civil human being rather than trying to make yourself feel better by pretending you are better than those you disagree with politically.

You are a conservative though, correct?

Address what?
There was nothing to address aside from making the primary distinction you are missing; it isn't the Trump voters we are addressing but rather the Trump supporters, those who don't regret voting for Trump.

I don't think there are many Trump voters who do not still support him. They may not have liked him, but today politics is all about social identify and supporting your side. They may not like Trump, but they are going to defend their side against the other.

And, that is not a relevant distinction for the purposes of our conversation. Trump supporters are also not opiod addicts or poorly educated although they may not have a college degree. Only about 35% of Americans have a degree, so if we classify the other 65% as "uneducated" that makes up a majority of America.

It is still childish, hateful, and self-righteous to attack his supporters for who they are rather than their views on issues. We can point out Trump's lies and criticism of his policies, but when we think we are better or superior to those who voted for him our politics has turned us into vicious elitist turds---an attitude which helped elect him to office by the backlash of those who feel that are looked down on.

Keep trying.
This site alone containing at best a microcosm still reflects what I am saying; Noise/anatta, the most vociferous Trump supporter is a self admitted opioid user.
Others that alarmingly defend Trump no matter what, such as Darth Lol, Tsuke, Irish, J Craft, Truth Defective are all clearly low I Q parrots, where as conservatives with any sense whatsoever disavow Trump.

Because a forum poster is an admitted opioid user that means Trump supporters included a large number of opioid users--that is a big stretch of logic. Nothing you said refutes any of my statements describing Trump voters which was based on polling and academic studies.

My statement about support was based on the fact that his approval level hovers at about the same level as percentage of votes he received. That is quite typical with members of the president's party approving, members of the opposite party disapproving, and the independents causing the approval level to go up or down. Plenty of conservatives disavow Trump, but they are not going to vote Democratic because of it in congressional and state elections which may have nothing to do with Trump.

Personally I think all the labels are shit, a mindfuck distraction, and have nothing to do with anything other than how some folks would like to think of themselves.

You don't think those labels could fairly accurately describe many of the posters on this forum? When new issues arise it is fairly easy to predict how most posters will react--not perfectly, of course, but fairly predictive.
