Trump New York Response to Cruz

No what I am saying is that if Trump was truly a conservative he would know that New York values, really it's the political values of New York that Cruz was talking about, are not the same as Texas values or most other conservative leaning states. When Trump attacked Cruz for that comment he was basically defending the political beliefs and party that would support a candidate like Clinton or Sanders. Why would he do that if he didnt personally feel attacked by that, and why would he feel personally attacked unless he shared those values. It's probably because for most of his life he was not a conservative or republican up until this election it seems and he exposed, in my opinion, his true feelings. He could have represented the party and clarified Cruz's comments by saying that Cruz was talking about new york politics and should have said it better and then Trump could have bragged about how he could win over new yorkers but instead he defended the politics of New York and attacked a conservative rival.

There is nothing wrong with New York values if you agree with them but majority of New Yorkers have different beliefs than the majority of Texans. I think we all probably know that. Whether it's about abortion or taxes or how government is involved in our lives or the death penalty we differ, and that's what Cruz was talking about in my opinion. I have not been to New York City no, but I would like to go one day to see some of the sites.
 
No, I am not complaining about Cruz. He made another good point about Trump not having any conservative values, even if Trump supposedly had a clever comeback. Texans suck, though...

Oh I don't know, how about the Governor saying conservatives aren't welcome. Remember that?

There isn't much funnier than liberals pretending to be offended by something minor
