Trump Melts Down at Being Fact-Checked Right to His Face [wrongly deported dad]

If there's a picture of his hand without the tattoos i'm happy to take a look at it... In family photos it was blocked out... Of course those could be fake as well... There may be another explanation for the seven illegals he had in the car as well... it's hard to trust the media these days...
No one is arguing that he doesn't have tatoos. The issue is that the picture of his hand that has MS 13 on it was photoshopped in.

The evidence indicates photoshopped. It's not the first time Trump used false evidence to push a lie and then denied knowing it was false.

Could you show me where a court said that?
I believe it was a hearing after this arrest https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1396906/dl?inline but google is shadow banning the information I'm seeking for now.

Just the arrest document is compelling enough for me though. No one is disputing he's here illegally not even him. Illegals are not getting deported. We Americans voted for this and quite frankly are pleased that for one time in our lives a president is doing what he promised on the campaign trail.

Due process? Fuck that he broke our laws, came from El Salvador and now he's back there. As it should be.

I understand that...on just the one pic, correct? I'm sorry...but I just can't be as outraged at the President's comments as some of you are...
But I'm getting used to these overreactions....Just here voicing my opinion...

Interesting article from the Daily Beast today on Trump's interview with ABC. Quoting from the introduction and conclusion of the article:
**
President Donald Trump complained that an interviewer for ABC News wasn’t “being very nice” when he refused to back up the president’s claims about a Maryland dad who was mistakenly deported.

During an interview Tuesday with Terry Moran to mark the first 100 days of his second term as president, Trump insisted that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador’s brutal CECOT mega-prison on March 15, had “MS-13” tattooed across his knuckles.

[snip]

When Trump first shared the photo on April 19, internet sleuths argued it was misleading because Trump did not make it clear that the image had been digitally altered to include the alleged gang “context.”

The president’s online defenders countered that it was obvious the letters and numbers had been added to illustrate the president’s claims. Trump’s exchange with Moran, however, made it seem like Trump believed the letters and numbers were part of the original tattoo.

“That was Photoshopped? Terry you can’t do that,” Trump told Moran.

“Hey, they’re giving you the big break of a lifetime,” he continued. “You’re doing the interview. I picked you because—frankly I never heard of you but that’s OK. I picked you but you’re not being very nice. He had ‘MS-13’ tattooed—”

“We’ll agree to disagree. I want to move on to something else,” Moran said.

“Terry. Terry. Do you want me to show you the picture?” Trump said.

Moran said he’d seen it, and repeated again that Abrego Garcia only had tattoos that can be “interpreted” as evidence of gang membership. He tried to turn the topic of conversation to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but Trump wasn’t having it.

The administration has tried to justify deporting Abrego Garcia, a migrant from El Salvador whom an immigration judge had granted a form of legal protection called a “withholding of removal order,” by saying he’s a “terrorist” and a member of the notorious MS-13 gang.

The 29-year-old is married to a U.S. citizen and was working full-time as a sheet metal apprentice when he was suddenly detained and deported without being allowed to appear before a judge.

He doesn’t have a criminal record, and no court has found him to be a member of a gang. Instead, Trump officials have offered up tenuous evidence of Abrego Garcia’s MS-13 “membership,” including the tattoos.

“No, no. Terry. Terry,” Trump insisted. “No, no. No, no. He had ‘M-S’ as clear as you can be, not ‘interpreted.’ This is why people no longer believe the news, because—”

At that point Moran—who had responded to Trump’s earlier digs with a smile—sighed the kind of deep sigh that parents of toddlers know well.

He pointed out that the word “MS-13” doesn’t appear in any of the photos of Abrego Garcia that have been taken since he was deported to El Salvador.

“Terry!” Trump interjected.

“Ukraine, sir,” Moran practically begged.

“He’s got ‘MS-13’ on his knuckles, okay?” Trump said. “You’re just such a disservice. Why don’t you just say, ‘Yes he does’ and go on to something else?”

“It’s contested,” Moran replied. “Ukraine.”

To be fair to Trump, I think in this case, he may believe the lie. The important thing is that it's a lie though.

A court of law has found that he is MS13 prior to one of his multiple deportation orders.
Could you show me where a court said that?
I believe it was a hearing after this arrest https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1396906/dl?inline but google is shadow banning the information I'm seeking for now.

I think you can understand that until I see the information you claim to have seen, I suspect that you may have misinterpreted things.

Just the arrest document is compelling enough for me though.

It doesn't seem very compelling to me. From said document:
**
Officers contacted a past proven and reliable source of information, who advised Kilmar Armando ABREGO-GARCIA is an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique. The confidential source further advised that he is the rank of "Chequeo" with the moniker of "Chele",
**

That seems to be their "evidence". Who is this source? And what evidence do we have that he is "reliable", other than the cops' word for it?

The daily beast has shown itself to be pure leftist propaganda over time. I won't waste my time reading anything they publish including whatever this is about. The boy who cried wolf comes to mind.

They have less than zero credibility from any source, which is why they're just comedy entertainment.

Agreed he believes it. A person who believes a false reality is, by definition, out of touch with reality. i.e. Delusional.

Delusional disorder is a type of mental health condition in which a person can’t tell what’s real from what’s imagined. There are many types, including persecutory, jealous and grandiose types. It's treatable with psychotherapy and medication....

...A delusion is an unshakable belief in something that’s untrue. The belief isn’t a part of the person’s culture or subculture, and almost everyone else knows this belief to be false.

You aer correct. The photo had the letters MS13 added as an explanation to what the finger tattoos meant. Shame on Trumps staff for never explaining they had added the letters. Trump was wrong in the interview.
That said, this wife beater has had more than enough "evidence" to convince two judges that this bad guy was a gang member.
I agree that Trump should make a very polite request that Garcia be brought back to America so he can be properly deported back to El Salvador.
Trump should make the call today and, in very stern language, ask if the President of El Salvador wants to send this guy back.
