You'll need to scrounge up at least half a million soldiers and perhaps reintroduce military conscription for your ground invasion of Iran.

Iran is almost three times the size of Iraq in both size and population.

I think the Iranian populace may provide that ground campaign. They are getting arms smuggled into them now. I have seen POV videos of them mowing down Basji at check points.
