Trump lost 2020 election but No Amount of Evidence will ever persuade an Idiot.

The doll?

Trump hurt America. Probably for a generation. His countless lies about the "rigged" 2020 election (and massive fraud in 2016, and the "sham" election of 2012), have undermined election integrity for millions. Now, I'll never understand why those millions so gullibly believe a pathological liar who is clearly lying, but that's just how it is.

So, really - anyone who loves or even likes America should want Trump as far away from the Oval Office & power as possible.

One thing Trump has done is expose the degree of naivety and gullibility in America.

It's shocking!

Who does the US Constitution says has the sole authority to make election laws? Does it say state courts can make election laws? Did state courts change election laws in 2020?

Gotta wonder about that "solid evidence" number. I guess this is the kind of "solid evidence" that's inadmissible in court, Trump's admirers having brought 63 lawsuits attacking the election and lost them all.

OK, your personal objections aside. Where on the doll did he hurt America? I don't remember any wars, is saw little or no inflation, the supply chain was steady, he was trying to strengthen our military, he was wise enough to understand moving to a wide open border was not the correct path to follow, I know he kept our "enemies" at bay, and yes, he made mistakes in hiring cabinet members but compared to the collection of clowns in office currently, Trump did pretty well, I agree his tweets and comments were a pain in the ass but given all the other benefits I saw and felt, I couldn't care less if he called CNN fake news.

Please don't attempt to drag this into a long conversation as you so often do, by dragging his last year under the China virus debacle because 1. that was unprecedented territory and 2. the current vegetable in office did nothing better.

It's just amazing how many MAGA morons Trump has scammed. He will go down in history as the world's greatest charlatan.
And 100 years from now, people will look back and watch the videos of trump and Jan 6 and wonder how so many people could be scammed by this orange turd.

I already said: election integrity.

Without trust in our elections, not much else matters. Trump set that back for a generation for millions, with countless, relentless lies.

Trump hurt America Everytime he broke the law:

Trump Admits Misusing Charity Funds, Settles Lawsuit Against Trump Foundation That He Said He Wouldn’t Settle

President Donald Trump must personally pay $2 million in fines because he illegally used his charity to benefit his 2016 candidacy. A state judge in New York delivered the judgment on Thursday afternoon. The judicially-assessed penalty must be paid to a number of nonprofit organizations in the Empire State.

Jury finds Trump liable for sexual abuse, awards accuser $5M

NEW YORK (AP) — A jury found Donald Trump liable Tuesday for sexually abusing advice columnist E. Jean Carroll in 1996, awarding her $5 million in a judgment.

Donald Trump found liable for fraud in New York civil case

NEW YORK, Sept 26 (Reuters) - A New York judge found Donald Trump and his family business fraudulently inflated the value of his properties and other assets, in a major defeat for the former U.S. president that could severely hamper his ability to do business in the state.

Not only elections, but additional democratic institutions as the legal system to include respect for the law

Largely radio rhetoric ^, but regardless, Trump royally f*cked up the one actual real crisis he faced, Covid, nobody could be so wrong so many times on one issue as Trump and the right were on Covid, and flat out lying to the American public in a time of crisis isn’t Lincolnistic

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The Constitution does not give anybody "sole authority." It gives authority to the state legislatures but allows Congress change or alter those regulations.

When the Constitution gives authority to the states/state legislatures that includes state government. Otherwise, you are saying the legislature can make election laws contrary to the state constitution. The governor and state courts must be involved to block any unconstitutional actions.

This constitutional provision is for electing senators and representatives, not president. The framers did not forsee the voters choosing the electors.

There is a separate provision giving the state the power to choose the manner of selecting electors, but this provision says nothing about the "time, place, and manner of holding elections."

You slept through 4 terrible years. Trump saw horrible in handling Covid, lying about it endlessly to the people. He even refused to keep a cruise ship from landing in America because the ill would add to his numbers. Let them die but make sure I am not blamed.
Trump had more turnover in the cabinet and high positions than any president by far. He made a mistake in the beginning and accidentally hired some people who wanted to do their jobs. he had to clean them out and put in Trumplestilskins who would give up their humanity and values to do his dirty work.
Obama handed over a vibrant and growing economy to Trump. He trashed it. Trump gave huge tax breaks to the wealthy and corporations. Those tax breaks are permanent. The much smaller breaks he gave to the people have sunsetted. Gone with the wind. He added more to the debt than any other president ever.
Trump was trying to destroy NATO from the beginning. He was acting as Putin wanted.
America was admired before Daffy came along. They were amazed at how we had a peaceful turnover after the elections. Trump fucked that up too.
Of course, Trump wanted to be president of a country that he refused to pay taxes for.
Trump took a truckload of classified documents and refused to return them. That is a major felony that he will have to face.
Trump cheated in getting loans . Cohen explained it all and spent 3 years in jail for following Trump's orders. Trump is facing more charges than a mafia chief. He still has to face the electoral college crimes. He has to face the election crimes he did in Georgia trying to get a fair and honest election thrown out and him declared the winner.
He was laughed at in the UN. He drove a wedge between America and our long-term allies.
Trump is a disaster and wants to do it again.

Jesus Fucking Christ, you are an oversensitive idiot.

It's interesting. I'm actually not an idiot.

I have always considered myself to be someone of very average intelligence. Which, obviously, is not an "idiot."

However, on this board, I feel like an absolute genius. One of the smartest people of all time.

Crazy, right?

As a FreeMan I make up my own mind. The 2020 election was fraudulent, and the Failed Elite Class have zero interest in running proper elections going forwards....Old America is Dead...Buckle Up.
