Well those first don't really count as wars.

Guess we can only wait and see. Probably, those opposed to war will usually make their voice heard.

FYI we should not have gone into Iraq when we did.

For me the only Just war was Afganistan, and we should have focused all our attention there, time to call it a day there also, hoping that by the end of the year we are completely out of that mess, and yes within a short time the Taliban will probably retake the country, others cannot give people their freedom, one has to fight for it themselves to understand how precious it truly is.

We did not fight the Syrians, we were there due to ISIS and other terrorist groups, I doubt the People of Syria like Russians being there either.

Bombing alone does not work in Afganistan, we had to put boots on the ground. I agree on Nation Building, Grunts are not trained for it and should not be asked to do so, while we are there the People have the opportunity to build their own Nation as they see fit, not our job.

I disagree. we only need boots on the ground if we are going to occupy. if we do need boots on the ground it needs to be an ovewhelming invasion and they should be left to pick up the peaces with a warning we would be back to do the same if they fuck with us again.

Nope, we needed boots on the ground to root them out of their hiding places in the mountains. But agree it should have been quick, in and out, 1 year tops.

I doubt the Taliban will allow terrorists to use their country for safety or training for a while to come, it hurts their business.

I can agree to this, but I myself am pretty war weary and have seen the damage these wars have done to some of our brothers and sisters first hand.

I cannot disagree with that, we cannot keep sending our people on combat tours over and over and over, my son did three tours before he said enough was enough. I know several that were going to make it a career and ended up leaving and I do not blame them one bit.

Im aware of his money issues and why he has them mainly because he worked for us and neglected his own business . he also donated his paycheck as president to charity, something you dont see O bung hole doing or blow hole biter

trump's golf courses are all losing money. Bigly. Same for his hotels, and virtually every other business he owns. If he didn't make it to the White House he couldn't funnel millions in taxpayer dollars into his accounts.

He's a pauper compared to real billionaires.

Generally, the move for a lot of kids in the military is to go into the private defense sector and make boatloads of money. It isn't without risk.

It depends on one's MOS, if you were a Grunt you can make Big Bucks working security but as some found out it can be very dangerous work. Personally I ended up passing on some offers I had and did a a lot of work for Military Contractors and for the DOD itself, and yes it paid very well. The big problem with military contracting is your job is depends on the contract you are working, once it is done if there isn't another project you are out until you can find a new contract, but yes the pay is very good. Plus I can point to some really cool projects that I was part of such as the B1B, really cool plane and got to spend a lot of time crawling around in them, memories..
