How do you know those things didn't bother me? I frequently take those on the left to task for inflammatory rhetoric that I find to be counterproductive. I don't like Daily Kos, at all.

Don't pretend that I turn a blind eye like you do, just because I happen to agree more w/ one side or the other. Those things DO bother me.

turn a blind to them ???....I ignore them both usually....and I've been known to use one or two as a retort myself....

I didn't say they were "innumerable." As for desh, you can ask her how many times; we haven't been BFF's on this site or anything like that, and I have definitely taken her to task for her insults & language (the frequent reply I get is that conservatives deserve to be "shamed").

But, I accept your apology for wrongly assuming what "bothered" me.

I said he likened immigrants to snakes. By his own words, this is what he did.

It's just odd that you're still calling that a "lie." Not even his wonderful Grindness disputed that. These threads always surprise me; they get caught up in minutiae that I never expected, because I always think anyone who posts on a political message board actually reads or watches the news.

Trump certainly didn't qualify it. He said, "think of it in terms of immigration."

I know you're trying to find a hair to split, but again, even Fox was saying he was essentially comparing immigrants to snakes. I guess we can go around like this all day, but it's pretty obvious to me. He didn't single out a subset in the group.
