Life is Golden
The Sage
People keep saying that Trump is going to trash Obama's legacy - but universal healthcare will always be a huge part of his legacy. Because Trump is stuck w/ it.
Not if he can come up with something better.

They've already skyrocketed. Have you not been paying attention?
Not if he can come up with something better.
The Right has had 7 years to come up with a better plan, yet they still can't figure it out.
This plays right into the hand of democrats.
Repealing Obamacare could cost 3 million jobs, study finds

How long do you think it will take before republicans turn on Trump?
Not if he can come up with something better.
My healthcare costs prior to Obamacare going into effect remained relatively stable. Since I don't give a shit about you, I don't care if yours go through the roof.
You fucks' biggest problem is thinking someone else should care more and do more for you than you're willing to care and do for yourselves.
Not if he can come up with something better.
You've had 7 years to do that .. still can't figure it out.

the argument in your article pretty much says that if obamacare is not there the people will suddenly not get any alternative insurance so the insurance industy goes away and we lose jobs. Which is a dumb argument.
which it admits in the very same article because it says this
There is, of course, the chance that Congress won't implement a repeal until there's a replacement plan in place. Joe Antos, a health policy expert at American Enterprise Institute, said it's "unrealistic" to assume otherwise.
So republicans want to replace universal healthcare with universal healthcare?
OK .. where is it? They've had 7 years to figure this out.
COMPLEXITY
Therein lies the dumb argument.
"They want to replace a broken down bicycle with a lear jet. Both means of transportation." GQ
Did Obamacare get a single Republican vote in support?
Minority Leader Schumer is quite clear on this.
Obama wanted bipartisan cooperation on ACA, but got obstructionism instead.
Schumer explained:
- if Republicans think they can be 100% obstructionist when we work on health care, but they'll enjoy lavish Democrat cooperation when Republicans work on healthcare, then Republicans are in for a surprise.
BUT !!
iirc Schumer did say, if Republicans are willing to work with Democrats to improve ACA, and not trash it; that they could count on Schumer to lead Democrats to the task.
Problem is Donald (flappy lips) Trump is fine for making superlative promises. -I'm gunna replace ACA with something better.-
More easily said than done.
Lookit:
Trump isn't a medical expert.
Trump has no experience designing economically efficient healthcare on a nationwide scale. Trump is a New York jive-talker.
I'm from New York too. I recognize the breed.

again your entire argument is that they will repeal everything without even leaving expanded medicare which your own article says is unrealistic.
How do you even source an article that says that article is wrong inside it????
It is better this way. Democrats had the vote so they got what they wanted. Now we can see the effects if democrats were in charge of health care.
Where is the republican plan?
The absence of it demonstrates what happens when republicans are in charge of healthcare.
