Trump showed a distinct lack of strategy with regards to the Brazilian tariffs. Just because he loves Bolsonaro and likes fellow dictator wannabes like himself he decided to punish Lula by imposing ridiculous tariffs. But then he did his usual TACO thing and carved out "exemptions", but he didn't exempt COFFEE.
