China hasn't cancelled them, they have just been put on hold for the time being. They are also building hundreds of coal power stations around the world.

The whole 'he's a billionaire, so he has to be smart' thing is lame. I'd guess that anyone making that argument would back off it if I put out a list of billionaire liberals, or criminals.

Trump has a knack for certain things - almost a savant quality. Certainly, when it comes to psychology & manipulating others (mainly with lies), he's formidable.

But he's dopey when it comes to policy, ideas, understanding complex issues & just some general things about life and people. Being a billionaire hasn't done much for him on a practical level.
