This is sure to offend the pc crowd, but he has violated several laws and therefore he is an ILLEGAL businessman/candidate.

I don't know what sort of strawman you have turned that into.

Let's just say, more open borders. I am not interested in creating libertarian America (whatever that is) just a more libertarian America.

Most of the acts related to his businesses would be illegal. The election stuff... it is hard to say, but my guess is he would probably figure out a way to violate whatever laws existed. He is an illegal businessman/candidate after all.
