Trump isn't father material, period. He's like a distant uncle passing through the kids' lives, giving them a pat on the head and a few bucks. Did you even watch sad little Tiffany's speech at the convention? Trump's a great father because he wrote encouraging comments on her report cards. He wasn't there for her except in a financial sense.
A lot of cons criticize black men for siring kids but being absentee fathers. They're no different than Trump. He has money but he's physically and emotionally unavailable. He's happy with the original three now because they're his business partners and he trained them to carry on his legacy.
His leave policy sucks. He thinks only women raise kids because that's how it was in his life. He has a 19th century view of family life. I bet the leave policy wouldn't even be a part of his campaign if it weren't for Ivanka.
He himself admits that the mothers raised the kids. He cannot take credit for how they turned out. Did you even read his direct quotes in the OP?

Having fathers involved in the daily responsibility is not the same as fathers who don't visit, support, or care about their children.
