Software can only do what it is programmed to do. What if it was maliciously programmed to shift a portion of votes from Trump to Biden??

Any irregularities (or bugs/"glitches") with the software DEFINITELY is evidence and DEFINITELY needs to be further investigated. There have been numerous individual cases now where it has been discovered that, in a single vote tally update, that "+X" votes went to Biden and "-X" votes went to Trump. There is video, yes VIDEO, showing a single PA update on CNN where +20K votes went to Biden and -20K votes went to Trump... Yes, Biden GAINED the same exact number of votes that Trump LOST... That sort of thing needs to be investigated as well.

Considering the severity of such a bug, I would hold the programmers accountable for the damages...all of it.
