Trump Is 50% More Likely Than Biden to Win As of 11/8/2020





He are some very likely scenarios that get Trump a second term:

Recounts & lawsuits can flip votes – correcting glitches and massive fraud could put Trump ahead. Leads in some states are small; and a few thousand votes can change the game.

Electors can choose a candidate – some states permit electors to select a candidate that’s different from the state’s popular vote. Van Jones fears that some states, because of fraud, will conclude Trump is the real winner when you count legal votes.

12th Amendment – On December 14th, if a President has not been selected, the vote automatically goes to the House of Representatives. Each House representative from each state gets one vote. Republicans have 26, Democrats have 23. Second term for Trump. While this is a theoretical option, there is no evidence Trump is preparing to use this strategy.

I think enough fraudulent ballots can definitely be tossed out to flip Wisconsin. After that, we'll see how things go with PA, GA, AZ, MI, and NV.

Poll workers filled out missing data on ballots to make them appear valid. That is fraud.

There are also improper ballots. For example, I don't think the out-of-state ballots in NV are deliberate fraud, but, they are improper.

I don't have to. They have gone exactly nowhere in the courts. They are coming from guys like James O'Keefe, a convicted criminal. You have the burden of proof. Your evidence doesn't rise to the level such that it will create a controversy for the court to decide. Some guy heard another guy talking about backdating ballots. But he isn't on record with a legal affidavit. Oh no, instead he's talking Jimmy O'Keefe. You have made serious allegations of massive voter fraud. Put up or shut up. Simple as that. So far, every lawsuit you've brought has been tossed.
 
Case after case is being thrown out and it teaches rightys nothing. They can't learn. Trump has no case and it is being proven again and again. The Michigan case just got tossed. The judge says, I cannot rule on unbacked statements. Believing something is true does not make it a court case.
Every state, but one, has a differential greater than automatic recount. That means you have to pay for a recount. Since we have computers involved, their process eswill arrive at the same conclusion, Trump lost.
