I didn't vote Trump for what he could do for me, specifically, but the benefits to the country, at large.
Making policy which encourages growth for business, resulting in more jobs, more money spent in the economy. Entrepreneurship will make a comeback , police officers will be free to do their jobs instead of 'standing down' to appease thugs and criminals. Criminals will be put behind bars instead of lauded as misunderstood heroes. We will have a President who is proud and stands up for America instead of mocking and putting her down, no more shitting on our Allies. Someone who will strive to unite all of America instead of catering to identity groups and mocking anyone who doesn't agree with him. All of these things will affect my life

Actually, he didn't change my life at all. He never effected me. But he gave many health insurance. Many who needed it. That I commend him for. What will Trump do? I hope it is affordable and less expensive health insurance than what Obamacare offers..

His business sense hopefully benefits my career as well as many I know tied to it. Regulations by an unleashed EPA supported by a community organizer that was elected President have been job killers. I know more people hurting now than I did in 2008 due to ACA destroying their cadillac plans that most have had for 20 and 30 years. Obama's policies were a slap in the face to the working class citizens as they watched their earnings go down due to his policies mainly ACA.
If Trump restructures the tax code for business, my company has pledged 100 million in capex for 2017 followed by 300 million in 2018. If Hillary had been elected and everything stayed the same we would have had to consider a move to South America and I was not looking forward to that.
