No, unlike trump he returned the documents right away. trump lied about returning him, had his thugs move them around and try to hide them, then conspired with them to lie about hiding them.

Lurch he also took Classified documents from a SCIF and kept them for decades and he also shared classified documents with his Ghost Writer and told him he had "boxes full of Classified Documents in his basement." So that it why Hur says there is EVIDENCE of WILLFUL INTENT. We MIGHT excuse Biden for having Classified Documents from his time as VP ,like Pence, but you can't excuse documents he smuggled out of a SCIF from when he was a Senator. So if Biden's brain works he absolutly should be indicted. Would you not prosecute a bank robber if he returned the money? Of course you would.
