He's not prepared for anything. He wasn't prepared for the debates, and now he's not prepared for the transition. Obama had to explain to him that he needed to hire his own staff.
He doesn't understand foreign policy - he thinks everything is a sneak attack. He doesn't understand the complexities of overturning something like NAFTA. He doesn't understand how to fight ISIS; he thinks you can just bomb them.
Make no mistake about this: Trump is a guy who probably never thought he'd get this far, and for good reason. This is going to be the biggest, most awkward & likely most embarrassing on-the-job training that the world has ever seen.
Trump "aides" asked......
"At the meeting, Trump seemed surprised by the duties of the president, and his staff seemed unaware that the entire administration staff had to be replaced, according to the Wall Street Journal." Talkingpointsmemo.com
"Trump aides were described as unaware that the entire presidential staff working in the West Wing had to be replaced at the end of Mr. Obama’s term." Salon.com
"Trump aides were described by those people as unaware that the entire presidential staff working in the West Wing had to be replaced at the end of Mr. Obama’s term." from an unidentified source... slate.com
The question was posed by son-in-law Jared Kuschner, not Trump.
