Why couldn’t he have done it before?

He won’t do it before the election, and if he loses, he still won’t, but if be wins, he will, he’ll go the herd way, what the hell will he care, he doesn’t have to worry about getting re-elected
 
This should make an excellent Democratic ad commercial.
