I did read the testimony. Would you care to point out where they said they didn't have to adjust it because it was correct?

The judgement is not set aside. The dissolution of his companies is stayed while it is on appeal. Judgements are not set aside simply because an appeal is filed. A judgement can't be set aside until the appeals court rules.

For fraud to occur, there has to be a loss on the part of the lender. You can say whatever you want, the bank has a duty to do due diligence, and if the loan is repaid in full, there is no fraud. If you think anything else is the case, you are a retard.
