Once again it is not the difference of opinion. Trump made in various filings numerous FRAUDELENT statements and they do not go away simply because the bank did not lose money.

- if you claim a property is 30,000sqft when it is 10,000sqft, ...that IS FRAUD
- when you have rent controlled properties you say in filings are not rent controlled and attach the higher value... that IS FRAUD
- when you contract away all lifetime residential development rights on a property and put in filings that 'due to redevelopment rights it is worth far more'... that IS FRAUD

Judge Engoron cited far more instances of CLEAR WRITTEN FRAUD by Trump none of which get undone because the bank did not lose any money you pea brain fucking nitwit.
