In the second debate, just days after the audio-tape release, he did apologize, and he did get to some key issues

He then goes on to quote Melania as accepting Donald's apology, and now at Al Smith Donald claimed he never apologized.

Of course, this comedic article was printed before both, the last debate, and the Al Smith meltdown.

If you watch the video from your link, Kudlow actually contradicts his own article. Right out of the gate, he says Donald didn't get the job done re. apologizing.

I especially like the part of the video where he hails Melania for not standing there 'fawing over her husband as he lies through his teeth'.
