This morning Trump posted that the Judge's clerk was a girlfriend of Chuck Schumer.


The claim made by Trump was 100% untrue.


The Judge told Trump in Court this morning he was no longer permitted to Post about his staff, or email about his staff, and ordered Trump to take the post down.


Trump did take the post down!

No absolute rights, no right to threaten, no right to intimidate, no right to commit fraud, no right to try to subvert the legal process, no right to libel someone, no right to slander anyone.

it is actually easier to put Trump in a holding cell for 30 days then it is to commit him to a prison.

Sticking him with his secret service in a holding cell with no other defendants, would not pose the type of security risk to him and his detail that putting him in a prison would, and thus the chaos his secret service would demanding the prison accommodate their safety issues.

I could actually see this judge doing this and i am someone who argues Trump will not get prison and will House arrest or other if convicted.

My guess...purely a guess...is that this judge has already contacted the Secret Service in some way to tell them there is the possibility of Trump being sentenced to jail for a short period of time...and for the Service to inform the judge of what it would require to make that as safe as possible for Trump and his detail.

No judge is going to allow this shit to go on without some intervention.
