I cannot believe if the government owes it contractually, it will not end up paying. I believe the article stated an audit was required since the computers were screwed up, this doesn't mean they wont eventually get their money.

Its always best when you want to run for office again to increase your voter base, not decrease it. Trump has been doing everything in his power to turn voters off. He has his base, but that's it and even that is dwindling.
 
I get superb healthcare from the VA hospital in Syracuse, NY.
My most recent visit was last week.
I'm continually impressed by how smoothly such a large operation runs. Kudos to the administrator and all those helping to contend with those of us wounded in wars.
