the commercial does

businesses have to remodel

the laws are if you renovate you have to install sprinklers.

You don't know that as you don't know the cause of the fire. The guy was an artist. If paint thinner or oil based paints were on fire, a water extinguishing system could have spread the fire. If the fire was caused by something like an oxygen tank, then he may well have been dead as soon as it went up.

I haven't made up anything. We don't know the cause of the fire. I have, however, seen what happens to a structure when oxygen tanks go. Two men were right by the house when it happened and they couldn't make it inside to save the person.
